Branding across print, digital, and advisor materials was inconsistent, messaging was not clearly structured between mortgages and protection, and the overall presentation lacked authority.

In addition, the website did not fully support the brand’s positioning. Service clarity, user flow, SEO structure, and lead pathways required improvement to match the level of professionalism expected from a whole-of-market mortgage advisor.
