Event Marketing, Design, & Creative Direction
Overview
December Madness 2024 was one of the biggest year-end blowouts in London, pulling in a massive crowd of over 1,500 attendees at the iconic Studio 338. As a key member of the organizing team, I took the lead on marketing, creative direction, and content production — blending design, strategy, and hands-on coordination to deliver a standout event experience.

My Contributions
Marketing & Promotion
I spearheaded the marketing campaign, developing the core concept, positioning, and promotional strategy that drove buzz across social media and digital channels.
Creative Direction & Design
I designed the main event flyer and a full set of themed promotional materials, including:
- Event-wide flyers
- Individual DJ announcement flyers (x3)
- Color themes and branding across all visuals
Video & Visual Content
I produced custom video assets and event visuals to build excitement before the event and amplify energy on the night.
Content Management & Coordination
On the ground, I managed a team of photographers and videographers, overseeing live event capture to ensure we gathered high-quality content for post-event promotion and future marketing. I even jumped behind the lens myself, doing photoshoots to help document the vibe.
Networking & Community Building
Beyond execution, I actively networked with attendees and creatives at the event, opening doors for future collaborations and expanding my professional circle.
Results
- 1,500+ attendees packed the venue
- Strong social media engagement pre- and post-event
- High-quality photo & video content captured for future campaigns
- Strenthened connections within the event and creative industries
This project represents the sweet spot where I bring together design, marketing, creative direction, and event execution — proving that I can take an idea from concept to a full-scale, high-energy reality.
